Sprint Petcock Question

I bought this 1997 900 Sprint, been rounding up odds and ends like Petcock rebuild kit, jet and carb kits. When I picked it up the seller said there was a fuel delivery problem reason I got all this stuff. OK, all that is done and then I realized there were no fuel or vacuum lines. So my question is there are three lines that need to be hooked up on petcock, one goes to carbs, then there are two more. One large and the other coming off the pump part of the petcock. Where is the vacuum line that hooks up to it and where does the other larger line go to ? There is also a place on the tank where I guess an overflow or vent hose goes to ? a pdf manual on line doesn't show anything. Just says Vacuum line. On most bikes I have worked on the vacuum line comes from crankcase in front of carb mounts . Boy I am sorry to sound so stupid. I have been waiting for my manual to get here so any help would be great.
