Hi all, Its my first post, but unfortunately i start with a problem.... so I have a 2018 speedmaster. Its parked in a garage. I had a ride with it maybe 3 weeks ago. But today wont start. Turn the key on --> everything comes alive (lights, speedometer, indications, fuel pump) but once i press start I hear a sound under the seat but nothing happens. If i repeat i dont hear the sound again unless i let it for couple of minutes. I had in the past problems (with other bikes) with batteries and I am familiar with the "clicking" sound of dead battery but that doesnt sound the same. Also as I said its only done the first time. What i find bizarre i tthat usually the moment you start the bike for a split second the lights/indicators flicker, but now it just seems the bike doesnt sense at all me pressing the start. Any help please? Thanks! *UPDATE: I was able to bump started it. I did about a km on the bike switched off and then I was able to start normally. feels like battery?
