I've got a bit of a speedometer issue. The speedo function fine, but the problem is that the meter is not sitting at zero but instead at approximately 22 MPH.

So when I'm going 50 the speedo is showing 72.

I've removed the speedometer but before opening it up to see if there is a way of moving the meter back to start at zero .... I thought I'd see if anybody has any tech advice about this problem.

Any help would be most appreciated !!!

The hammer worked !!! A few firm whacks on the bottom of the speedo and it's back at zero!
