Speedo Sprint RS 955

    Hi all , I've just become a born again biker after 30 years all tips would be greatly appreciated.I recently purchased a Triumph Sprint RS 955 (2000). I notice the speedo is in kilometers is there a way of changing it to mph? Also is there any way of adjusting the height as i'm slightly on my toes when at a standstill. Many Thanks! Willy.
