Thruxton Side Stand Spring Broke

    Barrelling down an autobahn last week on our annual euro tour the R cut out. Pulled over to find the side stand spring missing. Bungee cord served as temp fix for next 2,000 miles!
    Anybody suffered similar?

    Yes. It has happened to me twice - once last year and once this year. It's definitely a nuisance. I keep complaining to my dealership that it's a defective part but have had no success
