Scrambler Scrambler Rugged Pannier Question

Does anyone know if I could buy specifically the mounts that are on the rugged pannier? I have a project of wanting to attach them to a hard guitar case to make commuting with my instrument easier. I dont want to cannibalize my rugged pannier that I have just yet because I use it on weekend rides. I tried reaching out to my dealer but they weren't to much help and only offered another bag.
