Has anyone here put one of these on their T100 or T120? Thery look like crap no matter the bike or brand without a rider sitting on them but don't think I've ever heard a complaint about their comfort. Just want some feedback from someone who has one on a Bonnie. Tks much!
No doubt. But they are popular here in the states. Not cheap & I was quoted a turn-around time of 3 months. You send them your seat, they strip it to the pan & start from there. I ain't so purty myself so we might make a good match
If you are happy with the ride comfort after spending thousands on uprated, plush suspension fore and aft and yet you are still uncomfortable on the seat, then a Russell might well be the answer. I use an Airhawk.
My 'comfort' problem cannot be corrected with suspension parts. It's the low position of the bars and the forward slope of the seat, all the Triumph seats for the Bonneville's. Brought the bars up & back with a set of 3" ROX Risers. I can sit more upright now but the seat continues to want to push me forward. I try to sit up & the seat gives me butt-burn for lack of a better description. I'm too dang old to ride in a hunchback position; I need to sit straight up. Already have an AirHawk & it helps some but it's limited re: my problem. Got a Triumph King/Queen seat and it's not much better in the slope dept. The Russell Day Long seats are only ugly after you get off the bike. If I purchase one it'll be for my butt, not my eyes! So we'll see!
