Rim Paint Speed Triple

Any Speed Triple owners had the rim paint lift ? Specifically talking about the front rim. I found a small spot on my rim where the paint has lifted, possibly where a wheel weight was removed upon fitting a new tyre as the area is the size of the small weight used when balancing. There is no signs though that there has been a weight there hence my investigation. Tyre was replaced recently. Just curious to know if any one else has had a similar situation?
