Removed Cat From S3r?

Hey guys, just wondering if anybody has removed the CAT from their 10-15 model speed triple. I have 2 sets of down pipes and fancy modding the spare set just to see how much more may be achieved. I know where the cat is and have a number of options open to me as to the removal method but on all other (Japanese) bikes I had/have it was easy to adjust the mapping via a power commander or sum such. As this is my first and only Triumph I'm not sure if it would need the Arrow full system D/L or not. Most Jap bikes also needed an O2 sensor bypass or is this cured by the correct map? The bike will remain with the stock twin end cans for the time being until I can decide which aftermarkets to put on. Any help would be great, cheers
