Recurring Left Hand Palm Pain

Hi guys.

A little open question.
I have a quick coming reccuring left hand pain. On the palm, on the outside of the hand.
( from pinkie to wrist).
What's interesting is that very roughly, that pain wasn't triggering before the winter. and it's only the right hand.

So here is a couple of clues.

-Can it comes from my leather glove, too tight, now that it shrinked a bit ? (soaken wet and dried on an fireplace, the leather shrinked).

-Can it come from my hand position on the handlebars, knowing that the stock handlebars for the 2015 T100 Black bars will have your hands resting slightly pushing outwards. (to exagerate : thumbs facing in, pinkie facing out). ?


If anyone experienced it before, or has a suggestion: I'm all ears.

My Glove might be too tight... :/
I'll buy new ones size up. I have big hands, the M might be too small for me.
I bought a pair of Hand Grip Strengthener to see if that helps.
( seeing that simply releasing the "pressure" on the grip helps, the strengtheners sounded like a good exercice).

Thanks for your input @711jrp , I might look into this. Not 100% exactly sure what you mean (not a native english speaker) but I know @d-basser will be drooling at the idea of fixing something hahaha.

 

Yeah I think it was just tight before, and now it's simply painfully small.
I use the Biltwell Work gloves which are an amazing pair of cheap (£40) thick leather gloves.

Conclusion: Don't let your leather gloves shrink !

 

Mhh. Intersting gloves, unfortunately if an M size is too small, I believe (unless told otherwise by a user) that a 2XL will be too big for me.

I might just go on the-cafe-racer.com and order a large for the Biltwell Work Gloves. Though the one you showed me there seems to have more detailed protection... I might find them in large somewhere else.

 

Knowing that I did not feel that before winter, and that it's not a hand minor trauma which could go away with time, it seems that this is the issue. but that pain being very precisely located, I was wondering if anyone experienced the same stuff.

@thebiglad even if I am a left oriented ambidextruous man, I use the right hand for my lonely pleasures. And I am talking of solo rides. Of course. ( solo rides, get it ? )

On a different topic, I tried the famous Hedon Heroine at the Bike Shed london... and my my... this lid is really really impressive. It sizes short. I REALLY needed a large when my present Premier Trophy is a medium. But damn... Impressive finition, really good sound isolation, apparently impossible to fog... I 'm happy I tried that one. Now, the problem is to find £700 to pay for it.
