Rear Suspension

    hi there . anybody know the torque settings for rear suspension linkage bolts on 955i speed triple.

    Welcome to the family. Don't know the answer. I just tighten my linkages up as tight as I dare and check them for a week or so. Do hit the upload a file button bottom right corner and show the inmates the steed.

    Eyup Michael, and welcome. If you go to t'technical section, t'top sticky is manuals. If tha clicks ont first manual, it giz thi all torque settings.

    Hi joe,got some torque figures and did what it said but i think there too tight. took it out for a spin(necessary journey) but i think the suspension seemed as though it wasnt returning back to start position. slackened the bolts off and suspension literally sprung back into position. will try tightening not as tight. cheers, mick

    found out what problem is . the drag link spindle has seized solid onto the needle bearings. what a pain it was trying to get it out. new bearings and seals on order. thanks for the help, appreciate it. least i know it should be ok when i get the new parts
