America Rear Driving Light Issue (parking Light)

Hi folks,
Just noticed another issue on the journey to roadworthyness.

My break light works fine, and normal function when key is turned to parking position.
Unfortunately, when running, the rear driving lights are not working (dim red & the license plate illuminator).

Anyone had this issue or have any ideas?

yep, under all other conditions working, is driving light and park light on seperate wiring?
