RandG aero style bungs split??

Hi,

I've had my speed for 3 weeks now and was washing it today and noticed that the two aero style crash protectors the dealer fitted at purchase have split from the middle?

Only just realised so has occurred over the past couple of days, it doesn't look like its been tightened too much as it would have split from the edge.

Anyone else had this problem before?

Its in for its first service in a couple of weeks so will get them to look at it then.

Just very strange!

 

Had the service yesterday and the guys took pics to send to r&g, hopefully have a new set sent out soon.

 

thought they were the market leaders, clearly not. the dealer said that a new set are being sent.
ordered engine sliders 6 weeks ago, still not arrived, R&G say they are having shipping problems.
