Sprint Raise the Bars Need Longer Cables?

LSL Handle Bar Raisers for my 2009 1050 ABS.
I'm a short 5 6' and decided to raise the bars for comfort, so here I go.

I'm putting 4" high chrome bars on so will get loads of raised ride height but I think I will need longer cables.....where do I get longer clutch/accelerator/brake cable and reservoir holder to put on the bar.
I can't find anyone that sells them.
Will I have to get them made? and from whome.

Any help will be great
