Have any of you guys fitted a power commander to your bikes, I have Scorpion Serket carbon exhausts KN filter, power commander USB III and a dynojet 02 eliminator and I cant get her to run correct on the maps supplied, will I have to go down the rolling road route for a full tune.

Yo Zaff, 2009 Bonnie SE fitted with Power Commander, Hyde pipes and air induction kit. Took my bike to a proper rollin' road tuner. He runs a test with graph to see where things are at the moment and then discusses any changes needed. I got 15mpg more! with increased Torque and power and new graph to prove it. He then saved my bikes graph/map for future if needed. He has found 13.6:1 is the optimum air:fuel ratio. Cost was £25 for first test then adjustment and re-test, total bill £145. I was so impressed I took my carbed Harley and he tested then manually tuned it with jets and retested, different bike. He sponsors TT riders and had a few racing bikes awaiting work for Olivers Mount Circuit. If you have your bike serviced by Triumph tho, insist they do NOT remap, as sometimes they do without telling customers, as Triumph have supplied new maps now and then. Main point in all this is most Dealers do not have rolling roads. I do my own stuff, currently major surgery on a 1963 Thunderbird.
    Good luck :upyeah:
