Possible triumph build

Hi all,

I'm very new to triumph andriding in general but I like tinkering!

I have access to a 2014 street which has been seized by the dvla.

My question is if I bought this could I use the engine and chassis and re reg to use on the roads?

Difficult one I know but hoping someone here has come across this?
