Hey all, I have never been on this forum before so I figured I would hop on. I rode a 1971 Bonnie Bobber from mid 2000's until 2 years ago. For the last year I had a brand new KLR sitting in my garage that I only managed to put 202 miles on it. It turned out that just wasn't the bike I thought it would be. Sure I could go anywhere and do a lot with it... it just wasn't comfortable nor fun to ride.

Last Saturday morning I jumped on the KLR, rode 212 miles in 3.5 hours and handed the keys over. Sitting out front waiting on me was a 2022 Thruxton RS with only 6 miles on it. I jumped on that beast and hit the road for a 4.5 hour ride through the country side on the way home. All in all a little over 500 miles that day. It was a good ride home. Just wish the weather was nicer!
