You should see above when you write your post a little picture of a tree next to what looks like a film roll. There you should be able to post a picture either from file or URL

 

Yep, where you type your post there are several boxes, just count four from the right, click and then you can either add a j-peg file from your computer or add a link to a photo sharing website.
