Panniers

    Few pictures of the SW Motech panniers I've just fitted to my Thruxton ready for a trip to Spain:).
    I opted for these over the Triumph ones as I think the brackets are a little more discreet but mainly because these are around 50% larger than the Triumph ones. Overall quality is very good and a 25 minute job to fit.
    I did load them up and ride out for an hour with no noticeable difference to handling and the panniers were totally secure.
    the last two pictures show the support arm and then with the support arm removed and the mounting bracket which stays on the bike.

    i've got the same panniers on my speed triple ,good quality and look good but not the biggest panniers, even once expanded using the zip,i had to add a tail pack for a 10 day tour..the triumph ones must be tiny o_O
