Yes did strip down carbs about a month ago think what it could be needs some shims under needles, have triumph standard silencers no baffles no air box k&n type air filters 135 main jet 45 pilot so after looking at tuning tips I going to try 1 shim under each needle thanks for advice

This is why my next Bonnie will be an EFI one!
Farted about constantly with the carbed one - one shim can make a massive difference.

This is why I like the FI Bonnys. No faffing about with needles, jets and shims - just a laptop and cable.

So have you any suggestions on what mains and pilots I should try I have looked at jenks bolts also ttp set ups jenks bolts comes close to what I have, the problem the bike runs OK once it's warm stand at traffic lights or junction the revs dip and sometimes bike nearly stops so what I did last time I rode it was just to keep throttle open a little tiny bit no problems then, this is when I thought about shims.
