Well since I've bought the Aprilia I had an issue. I went on the biggest forum I could find and literally got no help!!!

Why can't people be bothered to help others anymore??

    Oooooooh you are awful !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

On the subject of other forums, I have been visiting another forum for a while but honestly the atmosphere on there by comparison to here was so completely different that I've stopped and left 'em to it.

This is 2016 not 1967 so the majority of today's bikes I think you will find are reliable. The "good old days" are far behind us. ...... but a problem with the Aprillia you say.... please tell :(

I used to be on the 1000rr forum, and although it was good in some ways the majority of the time it was just people bickering so i left them to it. Been on here for a while now since i bought the street twin and all seems well so far :)

Forums my view . Just remember I've only just got here :D . Motoguzzi riders .org probably the most helpful and friendly site I've ever been on . Rdlc crazy same as . Harley site mostly Americans need i say more but helpful . Kawasaki Zrx site bunch of English teachers who mainly complain about punctuation and spelling and not much help at all :)

The various Triumph forums are an odd assorted selection. It seems on some, that nobody actually appears to still own a Triumph.
I use a Honda forum for the older CB500 twins (a grand wee bike) and all the people on there have been very helpful.
I think that if one is searching for help and information, you have to "shop around"

Not sure which Aprilia forum you tried. I had an Aprilia a few years ago and was a member of this forum and found them to be really helpful, might be worth a try?

Oy! My t110 from 1962 is quite reliable thank you! The good old days are alive and well.
I've never known a reliable Italian bike though.

I had a Duke ST2 for a couple of years and about 20,000 mls and she was 100% reliable.
