Orphan Electrical Plugs, What Are They?

Just having a bit of a look around the bike pulling the side covers off and seeing what I can see and lo and behold there is a large white plug tucked behind the snorkel, but more worryingly is another plug that looks like it should be connected to something.

No warning lights on the bike and everything appears to be fine otherwise.
