Opinion please dynamic or static wheel balance

    I want to check my wheels are correctly balanced on my bike for the good weather that will be with us soon has anyone compared the difference of these different ways of balancing a wheel and what do they feel is the best outcome ??

    The static one is only ever a budget approximate one in my eyes

    +1 on what Tig said. Static balancing is offered by peeps who haven't bought the dynamic balancing kit. Dynamic is the way to go for best results.

    A static balance is only a rough guide, bloody rough at that, and will cause rapid and uneven wear. It all depends on how much you can afford to spend on frequently replacing your rubber and, do your really want to risk your pride and joy going base over apex because the handling is a box of frogs
