Hi all, I test rode T100 and I made an observation on tyres during my test which was that they like to move around over imperfections quite a lot.

    Has anyone else noticed this?

What's the default upgrade path? Presumably there is one.

    Cheers.

Avon tyres seem to do well over a range of the bikes.
I have Avon Cobras on my Thunderbird 1600, far better than OE.
Tracking on overbanding etc seems to be a common complaint with the OE tyres.
Also poor wet performance as well.

New T100 or air cooled? My old girl tracks far, far better on Pilot Activs than it ever did on Metzelers.

The stock Pirellis on the new Classics certainly do track those ruts in the road. I changed the stock on my Street Twin to Avon Road Riders and noticed quite an improvement. I've never had that problem with the Metzeler stock on my Bonnie SE.

btw, Metzeler are owned by Pirelli.

Is there an alternative size for the front that opens some options up? It seems a bit limited at 100/90-18. Thanks to all so far :)
