Noisy Hagon Shocks

A few months ago I bought a pair of Hagon shocks for my T100. These are the basic 'road' shocks with only pre-load adjustment.
Less than 500 miles later I have noticed a distinct 'knocking' coming from both shocks when sitting on the bike and moving the suspension. Also there is a noise from one of them which sounds like the oil 'swishing'.
The swishing noise seems to be worse at the top of the travel (if I remove one of the shocks and bounce up and down I can't hear it). Obviously more compression when only one shock fitted.
Am I being a bit fussy and is this normal?
I have been in touch with Hagon and they have asked me to return them so that they can do some testing with a view to replacement if they find a fault.
Any comments or advice very much appreciated.

Big shout out for Hagon (and of course you guys on here for convincing me to send them back)
They have confirmed them faulty and are replacing them under warranty, including refunding my postage costs. The new ones are on the way back, should have them fitted by the weekend. Happy days!
It's good to know there are still some good, honest companies out there who care about their customers..
