No neutral light on 06 triple

Hope someone can help because its baffled the mechanics at triumph ive got a 06 triple 1050 and i have no neutral light triumph have changed the switch and its not that they have plugged it into computer and its showing no faults they have checked theres power to the switch and thats fine now there sayin it could need the clocks changing but thats expensive the bike itself has only done 3000 miles from new and never seen rain lol so can anybody shed any light on what it could be or is there any clocks with low mileage for sale cheers folks
