No Engagement

There you go Bill, I've sent you a response to your posts although I don't know that model in detail

 

Speaking for myself, l found it so tiresome when someone registers, asks a question and then is never heard from again, usually without even reporting back if a fix has been achieved. Largely seem to be from the USA. On that note, four messages from yourself. Three asking for help/advice, one complaining because you didn't get it. What kind of engagement is that then?

 

Fully agree @MightyBoosh , the longer term person on here has seen this so many times.

 

Errrrrmmmmm. Maybe noone knows an answer to your problems. Or do you expect them to message you saying this?
I note that you have not posted in new members section. Nothing about you or your bike, just 3 issues you need help with. Yeah well I too have given out help in here many times, more often than not without any reply, good or bad. It wears a little thin mate.

I think it depends on the subject matter. Some questions are only applicable to a certain make and model whereas others can be applicable to a broader audience.
Take for example questions on tyres.
I asked for some views and got replies within 24 hrs, I cannot fault the replies.
Also the more technical the question can sometimes limit the audience depending upon the nature. overall It is a great source of information I try to give advice where I can the more I learn.
