    I'm now paranoid about corrosion!!
    Only 60 odd miles on dry roads but when back home I wash the bottom half of the bike with cold water, dry it, especially the spokes and shocks then coat them with sticky oil!
    Grief - And I bought the bike to ride, not to polish ;)

    I'm hoping to get out for a bit tomorrow, we've had some heavy rain since salt was last put down on roads so hopefully it'll all be gone. I can understand your paranoia:eek:

    Went out today on Doris after heavy rain on weds, evidence of road salt on engine still!! Grrrr

    I use my Bonnie almost daily and it is well sprayed up with Scottoiler FS365
    I am tempted to leave all the shit on it for a month or so to see how good the FS protection is long term when being used which is totally different to spraying and then being garaged for the winter.
    Don't know how long I can stand to see my pride and joy in such a sorry state though!
