Hi people. New to this forum ... in fact ANY forum ... everrr! Not sure of forum etiquette etc so hopefully you'll all give me a bit of slack if I blunder about a bit. I live in North Staffordshire and I'm chewing heavily into my 50s. I'm your typical UK mid-life-crisis male who, finding a bit of cash in pocket and some spare time now the kids are growing up, has just passed his direct access motorcycle test with a vague idea of disappearing over the horizon for a short while in search of my youth. My bike is a 2010 Sprint ST with 40K miles. It's non ABS, got panniers and tank bag, Tomtom sat nav, S4 alarm and Oxford heated bars. Having ridden the bike for 200 miles on the first day (still grinning like a Cheshire cat) an apparently common clutch problem has surfaced for which I've yet to see a definitive solution so I thought I'd register here to hopefully pick some wiser brains ... Anyway, that's me, and once again Hi Everyone
welcome in, some run others lie down and roll over. Congrats on your pass and glad your enjoying the bike. Try posting in your bike specific forum or under technical help and I'm sure you'll find a wealth of knowledge.
See, Your getting used to it now!! It’s just about pressing a few buttons (the wrong as well as the right)
Welcome to the mad house you should fit right in. To keep the inmates happy post some photos it keeps them quite. Tucker
