    Hi guys passed my mod 2 last June so still quite the novice I have a 2003 Daytona 600, love it but having issues. Great to be part of the triumph forum though

    The essential thing is to use a thick cut slice of fresh bread, toasted to a light brown under a medium grill on one side. Liberally cover the untoasted side with grated medium to mature strength Red Leicester, and put a couple of dashes of Worcester sauce over it before placing it back under the grill once the cheese starts bubbling watch for the first signs of the bread crust becoming a crisp brown colour and you're good to go!
