Hello I've always loved Triumph and initially had my eye on the Bonneville T100, but decided that the Street Twin was more up my street. I bought a beautiful 2nd hand Street Twin 2016 plate a couple of months ago and she gives me so much enjoyment! Can anyone recommend a good quality, decent outdoor cover for her? My recent one, bought only 4 months ago has completely shredded and ripped and is useless. I've been trawling the internet and, aware of the caveat "buyer beware" and "you get what you pay for" have considered buying a proper Triumph cover. However, there seem to be some other really good covers out there e.g. Oxford that are a fraction of the price and have good reviews. It's a minefield so I'd welcome any advice. Just want something decent that will protect my bike as she is my pride and joy.
Welcome to the forum. The cover I bought for mine is the Oxford Stormex in large and it fits my Street Twin perfectly. I buy a new one every other year and cover the bike with the new one at the bottom and the old one on top. It works for me. https://www.sportsbikeshop.co.uk/motorcycle_parts/content_prod/275658
Hi and welcome to the forum I have the Oxford Stormex cover, bought from sportsbikeshop in a sale if I remember correctly. Fits my Tiger 900 so will definitely cover your Street Twin. The cover also has a soft lining so it won't scratch paintwork like some cheap plastic ones do.
Hi there! Welcome to the forum! You can get on with a xxx-Tex structure to reduce the humidity under the cover. Also the tip from Steve Lovatt is useful!
