    Hi Peeps,

Names Neil and I've had a few Triumphs over the years, including my latest a brand new Explorer 1200.

Had it delivered from a dealer in Chesterfield between Xmas and New Year and rode it properly for the first time today..........then it snowed as I was heading home :eek::eek: she performed very well and was great to ride.

I have a turntable which the centre stand goes on and you can turn the bike in the garage which i used for the first time this evening and while I was turning the bike round a circular piece of rubber fell out from under the bike. I have no idea where has come from but must be something to do with the centre stand? Hope someone knows so I can put it back on?

    Update
That is a puck half ton lol didn't realise that was in the picture  the rubber thingy is off of the underside of a bracket that the centre stand sits near, I must have caught it with my boot when I was putting the bike on the stand :oops::oops:
Will give the dealer a call on Monday and see if I can blag a freebie ;)
Does anyone give forum members discounts that you know of?

Hi hello and welcome to the forum. Great looking machine you have there, like the colour.
Looks like the same panniers I had on my Tiger 800 XC. I had the top box as well, they were sturdy but quite heavy.

There is a rubber to prevent metal on metal when stand is up. Look for hole and push rubber pin through. Welcome also

Hi and welcome to the forum. Nice bike - I borrowed my mates Explorer for two weeks and then forced myself to buy a Tiger.

Found out what the rubber bit is folks, it is indeed a cushion for when the stand is up. Have spoken to the dealer in Chesterfield where the bike came from and they are hopefully going to sort something out for me :)

Had my second but first proper run out today with the GoPro working this time.

Are we allowed to post Video clips on the forum guys?
