Congrats on the Street Twin. It's a great bike. My wife has a 2018 and she loves it.
I'd suggest riding it for a bit before jumping into mods. After you get some miles on it, you'll have a better idea of what needs tweaking.

 

You haven't said what year it is but if it's still wearing the bloody awful Pirelli Phantom tyres they should be instantly consigned to the bin.
I know many US roads are dead straight but we have a lot of bends over here. We also have practically no road maintenance whatsoever, so our bendy roads are full of holes. Consequently the original Street Twin shocks can't cope with either the bends or holes. So the shocks on my ST soon followed the tyres.
Just about any reputable make of tyre and shocks will be a vast improvement.
Have a look at the Motone website (in Wales I'm afraid) for very well made Triumph mods and accessories you didn't know you needed, but be prepared to splash the cash
