New fuel map for 2014 Speedmaster?

Looking forward to receiving my sewing machine on 3rd March...
First thing is to find a set of pipes, get rid of the air box and fit some K&Ns and then find out how to remap the fuel.
First two are pretty much sorted, I know what I'm going for. But how do I remap the ECU for the new intake and pipes? Am I better off just taking it to the dealer and getting them to do it for me? Or are there any benefits of me doing it myself? If so, what do I need and how difficult is it? Any advice would be great, cheers.

Another recommendation for Triumph Twin Power maps. Also you might care to think about DNA filters rather than K&N - check out the results on TTP's site.
