    Hi,

I've just posted in the newbies section, but thought I'd post here as well.

Just bought a 2013 Bonnie, instantly started a bit of customising as these bikes seem to ask to be changed. Added low LSL bars, Oberon bar ends, and a TEC Tracker exhaust. Very pleased so far, already seems like I can feel a weight loss, I had no idea these bikes were so heavy in the first place. Tracker sounds fine to me with the baffle in, very quiet on tickover so shouldn't be an issue with early starts annoying the neighbours, but with a nice rasp when you rev it. Bike came with some extras I didn't want which I've put up for sale in the classifieds. Looking forward to riding it and more changes if funds allow. Quite fancy a plug and play replacement rear light and indicators next.

Are there any meets around the Bucks/Herts area?

    Cheers

    Welcome to the asylum.

I've had my 2009 T100 for about a month now and am loving it.

Like you I've started the gradual process of making the bike my own. My first purchase was a pair of BritEuro slip ons to replace the Triumph silencers as in standard form it sounded more like a sewing machine then a Triumph.

I wouldn't call mine quiet, it isn't too bad on tick over or under gentle acceleration but give it a handful and you can hear it for miles.

As funds allow I plan to buy a cafe racer style seat, some drop bars plus one or two other bits and then with an hour or two's spannering I can change the bike back and forth as I feel like it.
