Can anyone tell me what sort of battery I should be looking for to replace the one on my 62 plate Speemaster? Can't find my handbook and the battery has no label! Cheers dudes
Cancel my last guys, someone has answered on Facebook! Just in case anyone needs to know in the future its a Yuasa YTX12-BS
Just a word of caution here about batteries. When Triumph changed from Carbs to EFI on the Bonny range, the battery type changed from YTX12-BS to YT12B-BS which is a slimmer battery. It's to do with where the ECU goes, in under seat compartment. They have recently changed back to the YTX battery for the 2014 onwards models. Not sure if this affects the Speedy or not. Cheers Dave
