That's a couple of very tidy bikes you have there sir :upyeah: If you want the water cooled version I know a bloke who has 8 of these things that he is trying to sell at the moment (and yes I think he is completely mad as well) Cheers Steve
HAHA, Steve i would love the Z13 to go with the X but just bought the D1000 but errr.............more photo`s £prices???? Dont tell the wife etc. Rode a 13 once & although its a monster they do have a charm & like the X what a bloody noise!!!!!!
Biggest problem is the owner buys them then leaves them sitting for years without doing anything to them and thinks that they will go up in price. Bikes like this need to be ridden and well maintaned otherwise you are looking a rather massive bill to start rebuilding engines ect. At the end of the day he wants too much for them and they will end up rotting and being worth nothing. Just because you have money it doesn't mean you have brains
Now if you want to talk about well looked after rare bikes a very good friend has these two among others in his garage.
TOOOOO right Steve!!!! That is a great shame if he does not use them! My X is a pain cuz i dont use it enough lol but thats my fault not owt wrong with the bike. A Z13 thats been dormant will be a mahooosive pain in the ass BUT worth it when fixed!!!!
WOW !!! I absolutely love old 70's and 80's muscle bikes. The CBX and the Norton are just mega :upyeah:
