Sure Does They sure do look better without fairing. Just need to sort out previous owners how shall we say fixies ;-) Just lenthened igniter loom so gets it under seat now to extend fusebox to do same. Don`t think sat ontop of rocker cover is best place for it !!! Still he did start it and just needs me to finish it off.
Hmm, do like the lights, but think with that, a different front guard and rear plastics needed as they look like they belong to a fairing bike. But that's may be just me.
I know aht you mean about front muddie going to see if can get one from Daytona triple to fit, the one with right way up forks, but I do like the seat unit etc perhaps just needs to be different colour or something or a 675 seat unit would look nice. Who knows where it will lead all part of the fun of making bike your own
I would get some thin tape, play around with designed, and when your happy, play with the old jigsaw, ain't going to cost you nothing to try. The back end, you could paint part black, make it look more sweeping. Starting to get me in the mood again for modding a bike. Had a CM125 when I was young. I first turned it in to a hard tail chop, then it ended up being a trike. Only tools I had then was very basic. With my angle grinder, I cut a hole in the tank, stuck a sleeve in it and mounted my clocks there (only had an old industrial ark welder)
Depending how much you want to spend there is a place in Australia call Geelong Carbon Craft that do lots of nice stuff for T300's if you want to go completely mad including a very nice front guard  http://www.geelongcarboncraft.com.au/categories/Triumph/?page=3&sort=featured Cheers Steve
