    Hi guys!

im new to the website under this handle.. i did have an account in the past when i rode modern triumphs. but now i only have classics as you can see..

anyway i now run a small business and i would like to build a working relationship with the triumph forum. not only because i love triumph but also to hopefully get feedback and provide products that the community wants.
i purely sell clothing at the moment but i intend to branch out into other areas. being an ex military engineer and a lover of working and restoring my own bikes i will hopefully get into parts as well.

anyway if you have the time check us out at: vintagepiston.co.uk

    thanks for your time,

    james

    Not a bad Range, man.

You should take a look at our new event, we are looking into making some teeshirts again.
The problem is often quality vs cost etc...

I'm a graphic designer, and I did last's year's design. Quite sure you're going to love this one, right in your alley.
Maybe you could work out some kind of partership with the forum and the tees for this event.

    Have a look around here.

That's why I suggest a partnership. Material support for free advertising.
    That's how business work, friend.
There's an opportunity for him to advertise his shop, and for us to pay our tees cheaper for better quality.
But that was just an idea...

Pretty sure he will be using much the same t- shirts as us,i've had a look at them on his site. He obviously has to make a profit thats why they are more expensive;) So unless he is prepared to do it for nothing i.e. cost price:confused:  and not charge for the vat (if he is vat registered).... if he isn't vat registered which i imagine he isn't as he is just starting up, you will have to pay the vat, so we will end up paying more for the same quality t-shirt..

Yep that was understood Sam and I completely understand where you were coming from, was just making an observation my mate,
As Dougie says he would need to do it FOC and it would probably still work out more.

I reckon a deal like that with an outside business would still need the backing and permission of whoever covers site fees (CC) etc
