Hi all after some advice, fitted the battery saver module in the headlight. Headlight comes on when high beam engaged as it should but now my driving lights don't work is it possibly due to driving lights being LEDs. Anyone else had the same issue or sorted a work around.
    TIA thanks Andrew

Ok been a while, problem with not having a garage so left it for a dryish day.
Problem resolved, previous owner had just pushed the driving light wires into the back of the headlight connector then forced the connector onto the bulb. Note to self look a bit closer next time now sorted and everything working as it should with the aid of 2 X 30p connectors from halfrauds.
    Cheers

Hard enough to diagnose electrical problems on the internet when the wiring is original. When it has modified it becomes impossible. My experience has lead me not to mix LED and incandescent lighting curcuits. Sometimes they don't like each other. :) An example: I once had a LED headlamp in a Triumph that would blow the tailight fuse. I found that the parking light in the headlight bucket was grounded to the common on the main headlight. When I seperated the curcuit by giving the parking bulb it's own ground, everyone was happy. ...J.D.
