Question. My Tourance Next rear has squared at 4,700. The front tyre is fine and dealer always recommends 2 rear replacement to one front, which is in good condition. Metzler now have the Tourance Next 2. Can I mix these tyres? Grateful for your help, people.
@Royston Jones: Yes, you may mix them. My wife had this kind of mixture you described in your thread on a Triumph Tiger 900. She never had any issues with them. At the next change she got a set of two Next 2 tyres. I used the Next and the Next 2 on my former Tiger 1200 due to my milage always in complete sets of two new tyres. I always changed the front tyre, with some more possible miles left, too.
