Being a US company i doubt it but unless they are something special the rings should be std type...have you checked the sizes against what is easily available here?

    Yes Darkman
they said look under piston and there will be some serial numbers but there is only MAPcycles on the piston. So they cannot supply rings.

Why not send a piston. But usually they are stamped on the piston face but hard to see and standard pistons usually say std but not always so they may well be standard pistons.
    Regards
    Joe.

I would say you have standard pistons and the bike has never been rebored. If you are boring then get plus 10 or just get standard if not. Not that big a loss if it is wrong

    Joe.

Hi Joe. Company in Yeovil can make the rings for me. Map America very helpful but say there are so many different pistons they can't help without serial numbers, which aren't on the pistons

    Fuck off you nosy cunt
Interesting, Cox and Turner do a lot of old Land Rover engines. I've had stuff from them (for Land Rovers) and they have always been top notch.

You won't go far wrong with them.

Yes Joe but would be a pair of new pistons. Cox and Turner phoned me today and they are making rings for me £65 for two sets. I gave them a piston and bore dimensions
