To be honest mate it's so easy to do yourself with Tune ECU (free download) and a map from Triumph Twin Power and you're done.

Like the big lad says, the TTP tunes come with their own program now, if you're unsure which map to get just give em a call, dead friendly and £120 well spent, including cable.

After you fit the new D&D exhaust system, it makes a big difference in breathing if you modify the inlet side of the motor as well.

What does this mean? If you don't let more air in,you won't get the performance boost from free flowing exhausts.

So how do we achieve this? If you remove the LHS cover, this gives access to the air filter amongst other things. You will immediately see a black rubber trumpet-looking thing funnelling air into the airbox. This restricts air flow so just remove it by pulling it off.

Now remove the three 8mm bolts that hold the filter cover in place and remove the cover and the air filter:

Std air filter on the left, aftermarket foam filter on the right :

If you now reach inside the air-box and down you will locate a restricter or baffle plate. This must be removed. The easiest way is by using a hot-air gun to soften the plastic in the plate then pull it out. You will now have air flowing in at approximately three times the volume of a std. set-up.

    See this article : http://www.triumphtwinpower.com/ttp-breathe-airbox-intake-cover.php

I used this companies TTP3 in my T100 and she runs like a good 'un !

Here is another article from "The Master" explaining better what I just said :
