LSL Alloy Instrument cups - Digital Clocks

Took the plunge and bought some LSL polished alloy cups to replace the standard black versions from Squaredeals. Brilliant service from them as ordered on Thu morning and arrived (with other parts) on Fri lunchtime.
My problem is the speedo cup replacement. The new cup has the cutout for the trip reset button but no actual button to replace the old one. The original spring loaded button appears to be a one piece moulding and is part of the complete black cup assembly. Anyone had a similar problem ? If I don't replace the button it leaves an ugly hole on the left and water will just fill it up !

Love my first ever Triumph, an immaculate red Thruxton just bought last week from Hughenden M40, more good service. TORs fitted, centre stand, clear indicator lenses and a 'Monza' fuel cap to date. Just need to sort out the shiny instruments now the fly screen has been removed. Pics to follow on the gallery.
