The London Ultra Low Emission plans had been spoke of back in 2015 with things set to commence in 2020, but it's come back into conversation recently as they're looking to bring it forward to 2017/18. If you didn't watch/listen, it means any bike in London registered before 2007 would have to pay a congestion charge of £12.50/per day. Any bike registered before 2000, wouldn't be able to enter Paris between 8am-8pm.

I'm sure that this will be just the start - other major cities will follow.
Just how many pre-2000 bikes ride around Paris anyway? The reduction in emissions must be huge - not!

They'll have a curry shop ban next cos it could cause a botty emission fart or two within the certain zone ! Im glad I live in a more real area!
