And 300m doing no more than 4k revs is hard!
Over the moon with it. Team Roberts were excellent. Already done 150m from collection. Bar end mirrors needed tightening but that's it so far.
Modifications start this afternoon with a smaller plate and altering the rear red reflector arrangement. Already removed the gash orange reflectors up front.
    Beautiful bike!

There is something very appealing about them for sure, and a great colour. Go get them miles done, the sun is out :)

Nothing like that new bike feeling.
I'm sure you'll have a great time on it.

    Modified already :)
Rear reflector got lost somewhere lol
Finally got time to read owners manual tonight. 200m done so far running in, chicken strips almost gone, had my toes down as didn't realise foot hanging too low off pegs lol. My only criticism so far as suspected it's way too quiet and after an hour in the saddle I can feel my bum cheeks going numb as the padding in the seat is quite firm (ie very firm)
Otherwise stunning and very proud of my first ever Triumph.

Managed to remove the additional bracket that held the reflector and plate lamp and refit the 7x5 plate and led lamp to the remaining bracket.

Chris, bollox to 4K rpm, these days engines are far better than they've ever been and more forgiving than 30 years ago, I talk from motor trade experience, just ride and enjoy!!

To be fair I've run engines in from rebuilds before and don't like messing about they usually get bedded in quite firm. I've been through gears and up and down revs it's not laboured at all. I fitted a v8 ls6 kit car Engine and the builder said warm it up and bed it in hard for 20 mins but not peak revs. Then change oil and nail it!
