Isle of Man Classic TT 2016: Rider dies in practice race

Just been checking out the BBC News web page. Some poor sod coped it in practice already.
A rider has died and another has been seriously injured in a crash during the pre-TT races.

Organisers Southern 100 Racing said Dean Martin, from the Isle of Man, died in a crash with Jamie O'Brien on the Billown course in the 850cc classic practice on Friday.

Mr O'Brien, from Liverpool, and a marshal who was also badly hurt, were flown to the city's Aintree Hospital.

Sad day indeed.
I was the flag Marshall at the point of where the accident started.

Spend over an hour with the police yesterday making a statement.
