I just took my brand new 2019 Bonneville T120 to the dealer for the 500 mile service, and it came back damaged in multiple placed. They bent the skid plate bracket so bad that I can't reinstall it, and in the same area, there is now a huge dent in the right-hand exhaust. Not sure if they used some type of stand and had the bike resting on the wrong points or what. Anyways, I know the dealer is going to try to say the exhaust is supposed to have that dent, so I wanted to see if anyone else has it so I have more "ammunition" if they start arguing. Can anyone confirm whether that is supposed to be there or not? Thanks!

Looks like I was wrong and didn't spot it before because the center stand was up, and was down when I saw it.

That looks like an ‘engineered’ dent to me for clearance for the stand.
I’d still be taking it back for repair though if they’ve damaged other things. : unamused:
