Is This A Scam?

    Just had a Whatsapp message from some guy named Mike Waltz. Says "your shipping lane is in the process of being cleared. For details of payment please reply to this message-applies to Europe only" is this on the level or is some knob jockey trying me on?

    It can't be on the level - Whatsapp is encrypted. It would have been an SMS text if it had been the real MW.
