I am new to this site. I am a retired biology instructor that has been riding since the 70's. I mainly do four wheel stuff with a 88 Jeep Wranger and a 2020 Polaris Ranger. I live in Texas and have a small place in Northern New Mexico. I have owned Hondas and BMWs but am looking at 2 Triumph Bonnevilles. One is a 2013 with 9k miles (at a local motorcycle dealer) and the other is a 2014 with 700 miles (one owner who said he quit riding the day he almost got run over). Just wondering which would be a better bet. The 2013 has bee serviced but the 2014 just gets started ever so often. The individual is asking 4k for the 14 and the dealer is asking 4900 for the 13. Any known issues with either year and would y'all be afraid to purchase one of them. Thanks for any help

Both good bike with very few faults. Get a test ride and look to make sure they haven't been messed around with. Joe Welcome to the family soon.

Hi and welcome to the forum
If all looks in order I’d go for the 14. It’s cheaper, less miles and younger so in essence more desirable, worth more/easier to sell come change time
